I can't log into My Account.

Every time I try to log in, it says: "The Email and/or Password you have entered is incorrect (case-sensitive). Please try again! If you forgot your Email or Password click on the Forgot Email or Password link below. If you don't have a Straight Talk Account please click on Activate/Register to create one." Afterwards, I even typed in my email, and clicked "forgot password." It emailed the password to me... ... then I COPY AND PASTED THE PASSWORD THAT WAS SENT FROM STRAIGHT TALK TO MY EMAIL, INTO THE PASSWORD AREA ON THE "MY ACCOUNT" page... and I still can't log in. My password, which was verified from Straight Talk, via email, still doesn't work. This is insane.

Same problem. Can't login. :(

Created account. (Note: Registration page has an HTML issue with the birthday field that needs to be fixed, says you don't need to enter it, but if you don't, then it says you have to, but locks it ("disabled=disabled") so you can't input anything (without modifying the code to allow it).)

Changed email, changed password. Logged out.
Tried logging back in, tried original info and new info, neither work.
Tried Google Chrome and Internet Explorer.

Talked with customer support.
They sent me probably around 5-10 password emails (many which were new passwords).
Again, trying both the original and new email and new and old passwords, but none work.
Changed email to another one.
Still doesn't let you log in.
Did the change password routine again and again and again, but still, won't let you log in.
Keeps saying login is wrong.
With using a new email and new password, how could it be wrong? Easy, it isn't wrong.

Please fix your registration page and please fix your login server.

I've done searches online and found out that this is a re-occurring problem.
Here is a post dating back to 2013 of someone else having the problem.

I also recommend that you create a new error handler so that when the username and password is unable to be verified due to the login server being broken, that it gives us an error message stating that, rather than falsely claiming the login information is incorrect, which I am sure is creating your company TONS of unnecessary tech support hours, due to your staff and your customers, believing the error is indeed related to typos or clipboard copy/paste failure by the user.

Also, I am actually a tech person that is helping someone with their Straight Talk phone, so if you look at this account information/email/etc, it will be unrelated to the account I am talking about, but I am fully in charge of this situation because the user who owns the phone, does not have the advanced computer and phone knowledge that I have.

Same problem here. I have been on the phone with CS many times. Last time was 2 hours. New passwords new e mail accounts. Even tried to create a new Straight Talk account and the web site said that my phone # is inactive...Really? The one I'm using? It has gotten escalated through different levels of support and has now been referred to the "programmers" because what my account is doing makes no sense to any of the support people. I'm trying to access my account so I can upgrade my phone but if this keeps up my only recourse will be to go to another provider and port my number.

Straight Talk Yvonne was no help. Same thing over again: Change password, change email no luck, create ticket, wait 24 hrs, still the same. It just amazes me that no body at this company can resolve a log in issue.

I am having the same issue with logging in to my acct. I had to contact customer service to even try to setup an online acct. They created my username (which is my email) and my password. Tried dozens of times with many password resets to log in, but it failed every time with the following message...

The Email and/or Password you have entered is incorrect (case-sensitive). Please try again! If you forgot your Email or Password click on the Forgot Email or Password link below. If you don't have a Straight Talk Account please click on Activate/Register to create one.

I am entering the password correctly and we even tried using different internet browsers. I also tried logging in via my phone using the App with no success.

Called customer service and the problem has been resolved. Not exactly sure what the issue was, but it took roughly an hour to fix. We tried several steps before achieving success. Ultimately, after updating my password many times, the customer service rep changed my email to a false extension from .NET to .COM Once this was done I was finally able to login and change my email and password back to what I wanted. If anyone else encounters this problem in the future be sure to explain exactly what has been happening and reference this forum and these posts as proof that it is happening to other customers. I do not recommend using the Chat Customer Service to solve this problem, communication/explanation is much too slow for this kind of issue. The Chat service is likely fine for other issues, but this one is difficult to handle.
