getting very fustrated... me and my wife both got the new galaxy grand prime phones in jan. and she is now getting invalid sim card for the third time.........seems to be a unsolved common problem.... anyone have any answers????

Having the same issue. Working perfect and then, poof. Invalid sim card. Extremely frustrating to pay for service not received.

I'm having the same issue... I've gone through 6 sim cards in the past 2 months and also they sent me a "new" phone with a new sim card in it... my last sim card worked for a whole 11 hours before it said "invalid sim"... I've called tech support, customer service, talked to supervisors and managers and they refuse to send me an upgraded phone or refund me any sort of minutes or $$$ aside from the 4 whole days they said i got... I've talked to Walmart and they said this phone has had a lot of these types of issues... all i want is a free upgrade for my troubles or else i'm going to have to take my money somewhere else
