I activated my new phone and account yesterday and found that I am unable to send texts, they come back saying 'unable to send'. I was asked for a Message Center name, which had the phone and model, then it asked for a message center number, I could not find any such number, so I assumed that was my mobile # and entered that. I spoke with tech support last night but after an hour or so they were still unable to help me, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help!!! Thank you!!!!
