In case anyone else comes along... I have found these settings work for AT&T Lumia 635:

Internet APN:
APN: att.mvno
Leave the rest blank
(I do see an Authentication type set to 'PAP' but I can't change it)

MMS APN:
APN: att.mvno
WAP gateway (URL): proxy.mvno.tracfone.com
WAP gateway port: 80
MMSC (URL): http://mmsc.cingular.com/
MMSC port: 80
Maximum MMS size: blank
IP type: IPv4

These worked out great for me. If this did or didn't work for you, please reply. I would be interested to know.

Did not work for me ... I have a 8.1 lumia 635 .... used the access point app and went through the celluar settings neither worked. The lumia 635 is on windows 8.1

These settings work for AT&T Lumia 635, which is the phone I have.

Did not work for me!! Help! I am unable to send... or receive mms messages with pics or any graphics...?? What setting do I have wrong?

OK, I got it to work..... I misspelled tracfone... as tracphone.... duh.... working now..

hello bradlyjames and the Straight Talk crew. You are pioneers in this largely unexplored land in-between Nokia Lumia 635 and the Straight Talks. I am having issues with the APN settings for my ATT Nokia Lumia 635 Go phone which I purchased about 3 weeks ago. When I tried bradlyjames' solution, I neither had internet data nor MMS texts. When I use the original settings as suggested by Straight Talk BYOP, I have internet data but still no MMS texts. I've tried numerous alterations to these two methods and have yet to find a solution. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Here are my current settings:

internet APN
APN: tfdata
(rest blank)

MMS APN
APN: tfdata
WAP gateway (URL): mms3.tracfone.com
WAP gateway port: 80
MMSC (URL): http://mms-tf.net/
MMSC port: 80
IP Type: IPv4
