I am having the same problem. I purchased 2 $55 BYOP Activation kits at Walmart to switch my phones from AT&T to Straight Talk. I was able to do the first phone with no issues. When I tried to do the second phone, I got the message that the service pin had already been used. I actually thought I had entered the first service pin by mistake. But, no, I tried them both again, and both said they had already been used. I went ahead and purchased another month of service through the site just so I could finish the activation. But, I am not eating a $69 charge (after taxes) for a month of service that I didn't get. Would like to get some help here before making a drive back to Walmart only to find that they are going to refuse to refund my money as they did the original poster of this form topic.
