I really need to talk to a person! Cant get through on automated call system and get generic no response email. I have been deactivated and am sure it is a mistake at straight talk. I broke a phone, got a new one, transferred same number, it worked yesterday and today get up and its deactivated. Need it activated asap please. How do i talk to a person???? I have auto refill, no reason for interrupted service but "human error" on your end, so can I please talk to a human to resolve the issue asap.
