failed porting

failed porting

I recently decided to get a new phone and wanted to transfer my number from my active phone to the new one that i bought. I went online and followed all instructions given on transfering my number and everything seemed to be working fine and i was just waiting for the porting to finish. Well, when it said it was finished and my new phone has my old number and everything according to my online account but yet my new phone still does not work. any help would be appreciated. both phones are straight talk phones.
