Activation time on new phone port within ST

I switched to an Android device today from a 335c. I realize that it is going from Verizon network to the Sprint network but I have never had a port that took more than a couple hours at the most. After about an hour, my voicemail stopped working on my old phone and I thought everything would be going fine. Now my voicemail is suddenly working again on my old phone and nothing is happening with my new phone. Is there something wrong?

Any help would be appreciated!

All appears to have been corrected as of this morning. Working great now and Optimus Q is a great phone!
