porting from within S.T.

I purchased a new phone on Feb 20 and my account states port in progress. I am only transferring my existing S.T. number to a new phone. In the past this process only took approx. 30 mins to complete. This extended port time is unacceptable! Is there a problem? Please help me use my phone!

Iam trying port from one st phone to a new st phone online. the website said that there was some issues and to call the service number.
The problem is. neither phone will work the st phone that i am transferring from and the st phone that i am transferring to do not work so how am i supposed to call customer service?
