Number porting questions

I recently started the porting process yesterday and was trying to find out the status. Haven't gotten an answer on chat and same with phone. I still have the notification on the app that a pending "charge" was on there and needed to call customer service.

Hoping I didn't screw it up when I thought I had to cancel via att first.
