Phone number port/transfer

Hey just bought a new phone through straight talk and entered the wrong account number to keep my phone number through virgin mobile, is there any way I can cancel the phone number transfer? I just need to put in the correct info to switch to straight talk

i am having an issue with my straight talk phone. i recently bought a sim kit to activate with my verizon phone. now it is stuck on “port in progress”. any help would be wonderful
