Transferring service to another phone error?

I just bought another Straight Talk phone, and wanted to transfer the service I had on one phone to another, and when I entered the SIM information of the new phone, I got the message, "The Phone Number you entered does not belong to Straight Talk. Please check the number and try again."

I tried again, but only to receive the same message. I tried with both the SIM information, and the serial number. Both got the same message. I bought the phone from Straight Talk, so it should belong to it. Any help?
