"SIM not provisioned MM#2" error message

trying to port my number from ATT and get this error message. Don't have cell service to call customer support.

Having the same problem. I have a Samsung GALAXY S7, I'm transferring my number from MetroPCS. My number is 2xxxxxxxxx and my SIM number is 89014 xxxxxxxxxxxxxx. My MetroPCS phone can no longer make calls and my Straight Talk phone cannot make calls either! It pops up SIM not provisioned MM#2. Please help!!! I cannot go without a working phone!!!
