phone won't program after activating

I have called to activate my phone, and then it says to wait 2 minutes then dial *22890 to program the phone. When I dial *22890 it tell me the phone cannot be programmed at this time. I called customer support and they just blew me off and said to keep trying *22890. They did not even try to help, if this is the way customer support is for straight talk and my phone does not work by noon time today I might just take it back.

I'm having same problem. Trying to activate my old phone with a new number but it won't work. Customer service just told me to keep trying for up to 24 hrs!!! Then if it don't work then call them back.
