Thought I would provide a comparison, for those of you tired of the throttled speeds. First day with T-Mobile's Unlimited 4G/Text/Minutes for $70, no cap or throttling and what a difference. Getting speeds of 4.4Mbps down and 1.07Mbps up. With Straight talks throttling in the same place, I was getting speeds of .59Mbps down and 1.04 Mbps up and that's one of my faster results, slowest was .01/.11Mps. Over 7 times faster then Straight Talks fastest download speed!

I have been trying to get this issue fixed for 9 months. Don't bother because it NEVER will. Every time you post something, they will just say, we're taking this issue offline, yada yada yada. Then they will ask you your sim card number over and over again and nothing will ever get resolved. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

Experiencing this frequently with my iPhone 4. Wondering if it could have anything to do with upgrading my ios software (which I recently did). PROBABLY, it's that the "unlimited" data plan really is limited and I'm exceeding something. But truly, I'm usually using wifi to surf, it doesn't seem like I utilize data all that much. What gives?????
Doesn't seem like many consumers are getting this resolved :(
