I received an email offering a $2.50 discount if I enroll in Auto-Refill. I am already enrolled in Auto-Refill, so I called Straight Talk to ask if I will already receive this. A woman answered immediately and said that I need to remove Auto-Refill and then enroll in Auto-Refill. She then transferred me, where I sat on hold for 30 minutes and never got to speak to anyone.
Now, I am not so much concerned with the $2.50 discount, as I am with being able to remove Auto-Refill if I ever want/need to.
I am very disappointed. Please help!!!
