I need to unenroll from auto-refill but i can not find a way to do it online, anybody have anyhelp?

Why the mystery? Why not just let people know how to do it on your forum, or even better have a tool to allow you to do so on your website? Anyway I never saw an email from you so I called tech support and they unenrolled me.
