Data stopped working after auto refill

Me and my wife have IPhone 4 from AT&T. In November last year we switched to straight talk by getting the SIM card. They have both worked fine since we jailbroke them. On 6/4/13 our auto refill took effect and every since then the data has not worked at all on mine or my wife's phone. I have called straight talk three different times and no one has been able to help me. What can I do?

I have been having exactly the same issue with my iPhone 4 that refilled on 6/4/13. They (cust. serv.)keep saying in 24hrs I'll get it back...I called twice, the 6/4 and 6/6... Today is 6/7/13 and nothing yet. Really feel cheated that I am paying for a service that i am not receiving :(

Exact same problem her. Switched AT&T iPhone 4S to StraightTalk last year with no problems. On June 5th after Auto Pay my data stopped. For the previous month I received 784.88 MB and sent 119.37 MB for a grand total of 904.25 MB, this is way under the 1500 MB that I was told was the limit on the unlimited data. I've call customer service five times. The reps haven't been able to help. It's now June 8th and I've been without the service I paid for for three days now. I've been posting like crazy on these forums to try to get some assistance. StraightTalk customer service seems to be a myth.

I do not have auto refill, but my data also stopped working after I used a service card to turn my phone back on. It was "off" for 6 days (due to no money). I bought card yesterday, activated phone, and when I stopped using wi-fi and went to data ... NO DATA SERVICE.

Phone working fine, otherwise. Could one of y'all contact me? Thanks ....
