Credit card charged

Not getting anywhere with straight talk customer service , so I’m looking for help here.
So I am enrolled in monthly auto refill.it is paid by a credit card. I wanted to save money by buying a yearly plan.
So, I bought a yearly plan on eBay, Paid $370. The eBay seller took my phone number and entered the PIN to add the year to my account. A day later I logged onto my account, and I noticed that my credit card associated with my auto renewal had been charged an additional $545.00, the yearly rate. I called straight talk. Straight talk is saying my card was also charged because I’m enrolled in auto renew. That doesn’t make sense to me. Straight talk customer service has done nothing but reroute my calls and hang up on me. They tell me to call my credit card number.
My problem is, The credit card linked to my account is from years ago, but i no longer have the card. I don’t even know the phone number or issuing bank. All I know is the last four numbers. They claim they don’t have any of the issuing banks contact information. I’m getting really frustrated with straight talk. I know part of this is my own fault, but my credit card shouldn’t have been charged after i have a card added to my account. That seems like a bug on their end. This is all a big waists of time and money.
