Cancel auto refill

I need to cancell my auto refill and there is no function for this on the website.
I need my Samsung S4 phone that I purchased from straight talk to update the software so I can use my seek thermal camera on it. I have researched that straight talk will not allow a phone purchased from them to update it's software, so I am cancelling your Ser ice at the end of this months plan. I can not see where to stop the auto payments or the service so I am going to tell my bank to refuse your transaction. I will hasve a new phone from another carrier next week and will port the number over.
All because I want to update the software on my phone to the current manufacturers update and straight talk will not let me.

Hi! I also need to do this but my app isn't working: just keeps spinning when I try to login, and I can't access the website: keeps saying it's too slow to respond! I just want to cancel my auto refills! Thanks in advance!

Hi: I can't use the link you gave me: I moved to Australia and your website won't open, nor can i access my app to do anything I need to do! And I can't text that number: I'm in another country now. Can I send an email to discontinue my service or do I have to just tell my bank to refuse the charge? I want to cancel my auto refill please!
