You know what's crazy I had the same exact problem I went to Walmart and I asked for some assistance the dumb customer service rep gave me the wrong card I scratch the back trustinh the store worker so I go back of back to Walmart and they said they cant refund it I called straight talk all they can do is give me the run-around so what I did was purchase another one $55 one and that was also a bad card all they can do is tell me that they can't refund my money so basically I'm out of $105 so you know what I'm going to do I'm leaving straight talk to hell with them they dont give a damn about the customers that keep them employed leave them alone this is a fraud I have never in my life ever seen any Wireless company act this way towards their customers this is a pathetic company and whoever using this company really leave they are a gimmick all they care about their pockets and their points that is all...and they act like this isn't a common problem this for what I see VERY VERY COMMON.....
