Cancel Auto refill

Postby ajmix2 » Wed Nov 09, 2016 1:48 pm

I keep getting charged for my autorefill, but I no longer use the hotspot in question and would like ti cancelled. Every time I log into my online account it simply states "Pending Transaction" and nothing can be done. I have tried calling the customer help center many times but the computer constantly tells me to turn my phone on and wait. I cannot get to a point where the system let's me talk to someone.

I don't use the hotspot anymore and would like it to be cancelled.

Hi
I need to cancel the auto-refill that I have been paying for on my dad's phone. He passed away and I don't want to continue paying for the phone. I can't seem to find a login associated with his phone number in order to cancel the auto-refill. Is there a way to cancel this? Please help!

I stopped using Straight Talk on my phone and need to cancel auto-refill, but don't see any way to do it on the website. I also want to cancel the account when the current cycle ends, but don't see any website mechanism for that either. If you can help, I will appreciate.

Thanks, Mark
I was able to cancel the autopay and terminate service via the chat. It was all very easy and friendly. The only oddity is that I wasn't able to read the operators whole final response to me, and the chat just terminated abruptly and disappeared. I was hoping to be able to ask for, or perhaps automatically receive a transcript of the chat exchange, but haven't yet. It's not critically important, just an odd way to end the discussion.
