Did anyone that has been a straighttalk customer with auto-refill set up for a long time receive an email regarding a change to straighttalk's discount for those that signed up for auto-refill? I noticed my bill was larger this month than previous months. When I contacted the support chat, they informed me that the difference was due to the discount I had been receiving for having auto-refill set up (the discount is not as large as it used to be). The support staff associate said that the discount would be the same for new and existing customers. However, this is different than what I remember the email said (I have since lost the email). I remember the email said that being an existing customer that had auto-refill for some time, I would get the original discount (or something to that effect). Does anyone have this email or know the gist of what it said? Any help would be much appreciated.
