On the 180 day plan, went over the 5 gig data and forced to lte slow speed at the end of month 5 , renewed 2 days later on the 7th and still slow speed, spent an hour on the phone with straight talk, still slow

I just refilled my service after the 611611 usage indicated i was over my limit of data. However, my data is still very slow...how can this issue be rectified?

I just refilled my service this morning as it ran out at midnight last night. And my data is still incredibly slow! Would like to get this resolved, thank you.
