Charges pending 3 times on bank

I need to get in touch with someone now about charges. This just isn't acceptable that I can't tlak to someone to help. I've been trying for over 3 hours and had to register here after I'm already registered on my account. Was going to get my son one this week but I've changed my mind after this so called customer service.
