Phone not re activating with auto fill, credit card charged

On the 29th I reactivated my phone using auto refill, my credit card was charged yet my phone was never reactivated. I can't get ahold of anyone, there is no easy way to contact anyone, I am at work and can't use phone right now, only way to contact someone with this issue is by phone or snail mail. According to the sight, the minutes should only take a couple minutes to be added. I have been with straight talk for a couple years and never had this happen before. My credit card company says I have to wait 5 days before they will help me. My kids will be in school next Tuesday and I need to have cell service.
