I just refilled my data and now I'm able to text and call but my internet is still slow as if I've already reached my limit...but I just refilled it.

I am having the same problem. I refilled on 7/13/2015. I can text and call without issue. Data is very slow.

There were no errors or issues during the refill process. Below are troubleshooting steps taken thus far:

- Restarted phone
- Checked APN settings and confirmed against the AT&T compatible settings here: http://www.straighttalkbyop.com/program.php. They are correct
- Turned airplane mode on and off

None of those steps had any positive impact.

Phone indicates it is connected to 4G with full service.

Having a similar problem. My ST account auto refilled and the phone (unlocked BYOP) received an Android system update on the same day. Unsure of the exact cause, but now LTE data is barely working (just enough to load a Google search result, everything else stalls out) even though it's showing a strong signal. 3G data seems to be ok when I turn off the LTE. Anybody else seeing this problem?

I have had this same issue for a few months now. I called customer service and after going through all the troubleshooting they said it was my phone. Well Last night I bought a new straight talk phone and it's STILL not working!!!
