auto-refill and reserve

auto-refill and reserve

In January I put 10 mos of reserve into my account. I'm also enrolled in auto-refill. For the first two months it automatically pulled from reserve when it needed to. Now this month my credit card got charged and it didn't pull from reserve. Did something change? I called customer service and they told me to un-enroll from auto-refill. If I have months in reserve why the heck would I get charged this month but not last month?
