Phones Deactivated This Morning

Both wife's phone and my phone were deactivated this morning for no reason. We're enrolled in auto-refill, and both my StraightTalk account and bank account say the transaction is processing. This leaves us with no phone service in the household, so a speedy fix would be appreciated.

I'm having the same problem. I've been on hold for well over an hour trying to get my phone reactivated. I spoke to one person who confirmed my payment went through and he put me back on hold.
Please help, I'm going insane from this smooth jazz.

This has happened to me three times in the past 3 months.
I noticed every time someone complains, they send a private message. What are they saying in there? I did a chat with their customer service and they just deny anything is wrong and say we don't see a cancellation.
On top of this my voicemail has never worked in 18 months. Switching is a pain, but I might need to do that soon.

I am having the same problem. I am on auto refill and suddenly my phone was deactivated this morning. Its the only phone in my house so any help asap would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
