paid for plan, but phone still doesn't have minutes

I have had a number of phone cards on my reserve and it recently just got added on. So I have service paid for. My phone says that I have no minutes or texts or anything. This has happened multiple times before with my phone. I need this fixed asap.

I've paid for a plan, added it my reserve, received the text message with my new end date and it was on my account until recently. Now it says my account is expiring in 7 days instead of towards the end of next month. Please help.
