Refill did not work

I bought a refill card last night, which was my service renewal date. I called to put the minutes on and spoke to someone who said the minutes would be added when the renewal date passed. As of this morning, I do not have any service and no options online to check my status. I put the minutes on prior to the expiration, why don't I have service??

When you call to put the minutes on your account, did you provided the wrong information? Or ST CSR may be typed something wrong? Hope to get your problem solved soon.

i bought a 130$ service card and went to put it on my phone but it's saying it's already been used what can i do i literally just bought this card and scratched the card silver thing I'm so upset my phone is about to run out of service what do I do

Bought a service plan yesterday, have the charge on my credit card to prove it, yet it never applied? Still sitting at 2G speeds (just did a test by texting 611611). Checked all over my account, nothing shows that I bought or increased my plan. What's really going on???
