Wrong card

Good afternoon,

So this morning I realized that I accidentally purchased the wrong card when the code was rejected by the Straight Talk call in number. Apparently the code doesn't work on smart phones. Anyone else made this mistake? Am I just losing that money since its non-refundable?

I didn't even realize there were different cards for smartphones and other phones, why would this be a thing?
