I just purchased the $35 refill, which I do every month, for both my iPhone and my son’s iPhone. We’ve been with STRAIGHTTALK for quite a while now and this is the first time having problems refilling our account. I scratched off the gray strip on back after purchasing and attempted to refill my account first and was met immediately with a Refill Error. I then tried my son’s account and received the same error. I cannot call customer service because my cell isn’t working without minutes. What should I do now?
