$55 overcharges

$55 overcharges

So I have the $55 ultimate unlimted plan and I just exceeded the data limit (which I didnt know was a thing as it has never happened to me) and it turned my data off but when I turned it back on it said I might get charge extra for it. But its prepaid will I have to pay the extra charges?

Hi allysonharley. I'm Straight Talk Larry. There are no extra charges if you exceed the data capacity. However, your data speed will be reduced to 2G speed. We can help you check the status of you phone. Please check your forum inbox for a message. Click on "New Messages" beside User Control Panel to view your forum inbox. You can use our self-service menu by simply texting the word HELP to 611611. Thank you.
