Please help asap

Postby BigB2019 » Sat Jun 29, 2019 3:34 am

Really appreciate if anyone could help me out asap. I have had straight talk for about 3-4 months, went with the $35 plan originally. It's not to the end up my subscription yet but I decided I want to upgrade to the $55 plan asap because I could use the unlimited high speed data right now.

Secondly, I decided I want a new number as well because ever since I got this number I've been having spammers like mad.

The problem is I went on the site and paid for the $55 plan, then suddenly right after it showed an error.. I don't know what I'm suppose to do? I was charged already, and straighttalk is showing the payment under "purchase history" but they didn't send me any kind of code or instructions whatsoever?
I waited 5-10 minutes restarted my phone, tried making a call..etc. it's still my old number, and I called the automated line to change my number but confused, they ask for a "current a number I want to transfer" and then they ask for a second number.. I only have the one phone number, I wasn't given any other number, all I'd like to do is upgrade my service and change my number.

Not sure what to do, under my account settings I've tried clicking "activate" /refill..etc. but I don't think those will help me as I activated my phone when I bought it and under the refill it's asking me for credit card info and I already paid $55 and don't want to get charged again.

under my account, it's not showing my old phone number anymore, it's showing some kind of random number "(T32) 044-41040" and saying "REMINDER: To complete the Reactivation, if you haven't already, please turn your phone OFF and back ON."

"At this moment there are no options available for this phone/device. For more details, click on the link that appears below the picture of your phone or device."
