Service Pin Invalid

I just purchased a Sim Card Kit with $55 / 30 service plan for switching her Verizon phone over to straighttalk and we did everything and entered all required information and then when it was time to enter service pin, we scratched it off and entered it and it said it was invalid. We need help! The was brand new sealed from Walmart 2 days ago
