Mistakenly bought wrong plan

Long story short, I gave a friend my acct info to reactivate my service and asked her to get me the unlimited plan which I said is about $60. Well she didn't know I meant total with tax and she bought the unlimited international plan because the price is $60 lol....Is there anyway to change my plan to the $55 unlimited plan that I wanted??

In such a rush to get me a phone card that I bought the 30 instead of 45 and didn't realize I couldn't use... I just don't want to lose my money... What can I do

my current telco plan is terrible.
the line is not stable and bill is very expensive i want to change to new plan.
you all got any suggestions?

I bought a $30 plan today, not knowing it isn't capatable with my smart phone. We have went back to store multiple times and was told to speak with customer service. We have been off and on the phones. Got told we couldn't be helped. I don't have any more money to put towards another card. Can someone help me please
