Purchased a refill card and lost it
Help center says pin number is on retail receipt. My receipt only has 12 digit number not 15

My wife purchased a $35 refill card at Walmart. She lost the card but we have the receipt. Any way to use this card for refill?

I purchased a service card for my nephew's phone at Walmart somehow the card never made it into my bag with the rest of my purchases. Is there any way to get the service pin?

I purchased a card 35 and it never made to my bag I still have the receipt is there any way I can still put the card on to my account.
