Refund for unused WalMart digital card purchase?

I purchased a $35 card to get the sim card to use in my phone and do not need the $35 card. I was going to change to straight talk but my current carrier offered me a better deal. Now I have a digital phone card Wal-Mart will not refund me. What can be done??? I did go to my local Wal-Mart before purchasing this online and the guy said anything I purchase online is refundable.
