"The Service PIN you provided is not a Straight Talk PIN."

I recently purchased a phone and a $55 Ultimate Unlimited plan from StraightTalk online. I received both of them in the mail and began the activation process on the website, but when I was prompted to enter my Service Plan PIN it gave me an error. It said the PIN was not a Straight Talk PIN even though I copied it directly from the card that was sent to me with my phone. I scratched it myself, so it couldn't have been already used.
