I Can Not believe this. I'm no genius but I'm pretty sure such a practice is wrong ethically and professionally.

If I'm spending my hard earned money on something and it turns out to be the wrong thing. . that money should not just sit in cyberspace. $30.00 is a lot of money for anybody to lose.
