Wrong Straight Talk Card

I bought two $30 cards for my kids for Xmas, and they are the wrong cards. When I got the phones and cards the person at walmart said it’s all we needed. Well now when I went to activate the phones with the cards it says they are the wrong ones. What can be done to fix this?

I also bought the wrong phone card. I thought it was a different carrier when I bought it. The store manager told me they will not refund me the money and to call Straightalk and they can help me.
