Bought Wrong Service Plan Card- Can't Return

So, I bought the $30 card instead of the $45 card. Just noticed today which one it was and won't be able to use it on my new phone. Looked on Walmart's website and they won't refund/exchange prepaid phone cards, even if they haven't been used (scratched off), of which this card isn't scratched off.
Is it possible to "upgrade" my $30 card to the $45 card? I have no problem paying the difference, I just don't want to waste $30. Seems like Walmart/StraightTalk should have some kind of refund system.

I bought a $30 card for my smartphone. Scratched off the covering before I realised it is not compatible.

I was in a hurry and accidentally grabbed a data plan for a tablet instead of a $45 refill service card. Please help??? Any way I can return or advance it to get the right plan card???

Hi I sort of have the same problem. I refilled my phone accidentally with the $60 unlimited international plan and I only needed the $55 dollar plan. It's not working for me! Please help!

Hello my name is Haley I bought a prepaid 30 dollar card yesterday that does not work on my iphone5s Walmart says that I can not refund this because I scratched the back off is there anyways I can go about this or am i just out 30 dollars ?
