Hello I apologize in advance if I'm not in the right section. A month ago, I had refilled my service for LG Stylo 2 and for some reason the 4G speed didn't work. So I came here and they gave me a link for a web chat with someone and they fixed it. However I refilled again yesterday as my service expired and I'm having the same problem as month. Just 4G isn't working. I would appreciate any assistance. Thank you

Refilled online using my debit card. I can make phone calls and text. My internet is not working. Why is this happening and how do I fix it
