Service pin not valid for this transaction

Last night I purchased a $60 kit from Walmart that includes multiple SIMS and a $45 plan card. Today I try to activate it takes the SIM serial number but says "The Service PIN you entered is not valid for this transaction. Please enter a different Service PIN." How do I correct this?

I'm having the same problem. I bought a kit from Walmart for my new phone for $60 and the service pin is not working to reactivate the new phone (I didn't put in the service pin since I still had existing service). Now, my service is off and I can't use this pin? Help!!!
