Yeah, upon my post to this forum about the 30 dollar card I'm hoping to get a refund for or credit to my account, I'm told there is a private message in for me. I check, and It leads me to a chat. I waited 20 minutes in this chat and no one came. I don't need to be leaded along, or to be a victim of some kind of show you're putting on to seem like you're helping. I need assistance, not a chat where no one comes.

I bought a straight talk $30 30 day plan card 1500 minutes plus unlimited texts and 100 MB data as well as the 60 minutes for talk, text and web and I realized these we're both not the ones I needed after I tried to activate my new phone and walmart will not let me return them since the back was scratched off but I was unable to activate my phone can someone help me without having to pay for another card?

My family and I will discontinue our services with straight talk if we can't find a way to fix our problem. Again, we bought a 30 dollar card when we needed a 45. We cannot return it to Walmart. If you don't help us, and not send us on a wild goose chase, then we are switching to sprint. If I get back on here and my post was declined because you don't want people to know that you aren't helping, I will take my family to sprint, then I will post this screenshot on my Facebook media and have it shared along with the proof of 30 minute wait time just to talk to no one in the chat, and the go arounds. I have connections but I'd rather just get the help I deserve. Help me with my problem and we'll be square.
