Re: ZIP CODE

Hello.

For the past 4 days I have had absolutely NO service for incoming and outgoing calls and texts, unless I am in one specific location. At my parents house they have a service booster, and it is the only place I can do anything on my phone. When home, in my home zip code, and anywhere else for A 50 mile radius I am unable to make calls or send texts. During the times I am unable, my service bars are grey, instead of blue. I have tried reactivating my phone, I called customer support, went through all trouble shooting (turned phone on and off, took out battery for 1 minute, and COMPLETELY rebooted my phone, loosing everything I had saved.). The support person gave me a reference number to call back during business hours, which I did, and the new call taker wouldn't accept my reference number, and proceeded to try to make me do all the same steps again. I have been without a phone (other than my husbands which is through straight talk, and set up the same way, and has no issues) for almost 5 days now, which I doubt I will be credited for even though I have all documentation proving my phone will not work. I only want to be able to use my phone the way I have paid to use. And I tried calling back 4 MORE TIMES this evening before the call center closed, went through the steps to get tech support, and heard a few seconds of hold music, and then silence for 20 minutes each time. I finally have given up due to the headache this issue has caused me. CAN ANYONE HELP ME?!?!?! I would just greatly appreciate it if someone would finally help me fix this, rather than avoiding me as if I am the plague.

Hello,

I activated my phone a year ago and recently moved to another city and am experiencing very terrible signal reception and consistent failed text messages and dropped calls. I believed it was the area I was living in, until I became extremely frustrated and started looking to remedy the situation when I came across this thread. Can you please help? Thank you.
