I woke up this am and my phone was saying this with an x next to the bars. Cant get it to hard reset and dont really wanna lose my contact and such anyway.
Is my 3 month old phone toast? Please help if ya can

I never received your pm regarding this issue.
The following morning service was restored so I didnt pursue the issue any further.
However, I woke this am to the same issue and it has not worked all day again.
