So I've not had any major issues w/ phone or service until today! My phone has shut itself off, I thought the battery died. So I tried to charge it, however, when trying to turn it on, it stays on the logo screen. And while plugged in, it just does the same thing, only turns on & off, but only that screen. I have taken the battery, sim & micro sd card out to reset the phone, however nothing has worked. What is wrong w/ my phone????
