Straight Talk Wireless Forums

I've had my straight talk smart phone for a while now and recently it started freezing on the lock screen, and apps would constantly stop responding and crash. I found out that simply restarting the phone would fix my problem 9/10. This morning however; when i tried restarting it, as it got to the LG screen it froze. I can't turn it off, and i've left it on for over an hour thinking it'd start responding and finish booting but no luck. Any help would be appriciated.
